How to remove that pre-installation ?

just hide it with CSS . put this in extra.less

.p-footer-copyright {display:none;}

this will hide the copyright from the forum

Just re-download XF 2.0.10 and it should be patched.

No version changes or any of that stuff. If you don't want to re-upload everything, the only changed files are:
